Your task:

• You work closely with our managing director – as a right hand and operational reinforcement
• You coordinate processes, prepare dates and decisions
• You are a link between management, team, employees and customers:
• You perform tasks in recruiting, disposition and internal communication
• You are structuring processes, introducing ideas and holding the store together in the background

What you bring:

• Organizer with empathy and clear head
• Experience in assistance, project management, HR, disposition or similar areas
• Sovereignty in communication – written and oral
• Personal responsibility, digital competence and team spirit
• Joy in shaping and taking responsibility
