Processing of demand request by creating and releasing orders to suppliers Individually responsible preparation and processing of orders, including tracking/processing, to ensure cost-effective and demand-oriented supply of materials. Project execution for assembly orders including evaluation and mitigation of risks Communication with suppliers in relation to order-related points, such as delivery dates, customer requirements and escalation of risks to the relevant parties Monitors supplier delivery and quality performance. Escalates the results to the relevant stakeholders and addresses performance problems with suppliers if necessary Demonstrate a strong customer orientation due to the timely processing of high quality enquiries communicates efficiently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders actively searches for possibilities for process optimization and improvement in relevant areas (e.g. optimization of delivery times, bundling of orders, etc.)

Techn./ kfm. Completion with the desired experience in both areas Professional experience High quality awareness Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as SAP knowledge English and German skills are required (other languages are a plus) Negotiating skills and ability to act in different cultures Flexibility to travel as needed (both in Germany and internationally) High self-initiative, team capacity and willingness to go the extra mile
