As a Personal Controller/Group Controller – HR (m/w/d) you are an integral part of our Corporate Controlling.

Cooperation with local and international branches Participation in monthly and annual accounts and forecasts Creation of reports, presentations and ad-hoc analyses Development and standardization of reports, dashboards and processes Identification of optimization potentials and derivation of action recommendations Planning and analysis of personnel costs and headcount planning with relevant stakeholders Participation in strategic projects at group level

Complete business studies or comparable training/practice in controlling At least 3 years of controlling experience, ideally in a manufacturing, internationally operating industrial company Expressed analytical, logical and strategic thinking Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP; BI/BW knowledge of advantage High level of initiative, commitment, trustworthiness, discretion and loyalty Affinity for digitalization and automation Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing
