The EDEKA markets Ingolf Schubert have been very successful in retailing in goods (Müritz) and in Rostock for over 20 years. From a stationary market, an owner-managed, value-oriented company with seven markets has now become and two online shops, through which we deliver the desired goods directly to our customers. With around 380 employees, we work together to create a special shopping experience in the most diverse departments - goods of daily need, floristry department, tobacco & post shop, salad counters, baking stations and in our own bistro. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing Management (m/w/d) Full-time | Rostock & Waren (Müritz) Design our marketing area according to your ideas. Embossing our brand. Grow with us. You develop our brand, our communication and our digital appearance independently and are central to all marketing topics of our nine EDEKA markets.

Social Media & Website: You are responsible for our channels and our digital appearance and continue to develop them in a target group-oriented manner. Strategy: You will follow market and communication trends and take effective action. Interne Kommunikation & Events: You are responsible for our staff newspaper and are planning events, conferences and seminars. Construction: You develop our marketing structures and your own department.

Qualification & Experience: Complete study or comparable training with focus on marketing as well as practical experience, ideally with own projects. Reference to food: You have an affinity for food and a sense of what our customers are moving. Working: You organize yourself, keep track of several parallel projects and have a good sense of trends. Communication: You are confident in joining employees, business partners and service providers and are convincingly representing your ideas. Advantage: Experience in event management and first leadership experience.

Security: Unlimited permanent employment in a successful, future-oriented family business. Remuneration: 3,500 € to 5,300 € gross monthly at 40 hours per week, depending on your experience.
