IT Specialist IT Support (m/f/d)

As a point of contact in the IT-Service-Desk, you are helpful to your colleagues in all IT-related issues. You receive incoming fault messages and service requests, prioritize and process them in our ticket system. You install and configure jobs and peripheral devices – from desktop PCs and notebooks to smartphones. In addition to our local Microsoft Active Directory, you enter our Microsoft-365 environment and manage user accounts as well as access rights in Entra (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and other applications. During the onboarding of new colleagues, you set up all required accounts, permissions, devices and take the rock instructions; when offboarding, make sure that accesses are removed again and the hardware is returned. You take care of the procurement of hardware and software and keeps in mind licensing agreements and maintenance agreements. With the help of our monitoring tools you keep an eye on the IT systems and recognize proactively when there is a need for action somewhere. In our offices you ensure that the IT equipment – from workstations to conference technology – is always ready for use.

You have completed a training as a specialist (m/w/d) for system integration or a comparable IT degree and have already gained first experience in the IT environment. With the Microsoft 365 world and its services, you know best; also current Windows operating systems are familiar to you. With popular office software like Microsoft Office, you’ll be confident. As a team player, you will be happy to share your knowledge with colleagues and can also explain complex technical facts clearly. The “service provider gene” is pronounced with you – liability, reliability, friendliness and helpfulness distinguish you. Even in stressful situations, you keep an overview and can prioritise tasks according to urgency and importance. You work in a playful, helpful team and can count on the support of our IT administrators and trainees at any time. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile. .
