Customer Service Technician for Agricultural Machinery (m/f/d)

To strengthen our service team we are looking for a dedicated and joyful travel Projektmanager (m/w/d) focusing on agricultural machinery and modern ISOBUS technology. In this position you work both nationally and internationally in direct customer contact and are an important part of our technical field service.

Maintenance, repair and commissioning of our agricultural machinery on site at the customer

Technical support of our customers in Germany and abroad

Error diagnosis and elimination of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems

Training of customers in the application and operation of machines

Support for trade fairs and demonstrations

Cooperation with the Development and Service Department Improving our products

Completed training in the field of agricultural or construction engineering, mechatronics or comparable

Multiannual professional experience in customer service, ideal in the field of agricultural technology

Good English knowledge of word and writing (further foreign languages of advantage)

Knowledge of ISOBUS technology and electronics

Self-employed, solution-oriented operation and high customer orientation

International readiness to travel ( occasionally also short-term)

driving licence class B, ideally also T or CE
