Team Leader Calculation Building Construction in the Greater Munich Area (m/f/d)

Large-volume construction offers run professionally, secure economically and develop processes. Our client is a nationwide active, family-run construction company with broad competence in high and general construction. The project portfolio ranges from housing construction and public building to industrial, office and business buildings to hotels and other demanding special buildings.

For our clients we are looking for an experienced calculation personality that combines operational expertise with leadership. You take over a small team, continue to calculate themselves and receive the order to develop processes, standards and interfaces in a targeted manner during the offer phase.

You conduct a three-headed costing team professionally and disciplinaryly and develop employees in their respective roles. You calculate challenging building and GU projects independently and keep costs, technical requirements and cost-effectiveness in mind. You analyse tender documents and derive therefrom a resilient supply and award strategy. You are responsible for mass determination, LV testing, supply setup and cost determination. You collect forwarding offers together with the relevant interfaces, check them professionally and evaluate them economically. You structure opportunities and risks of the supply phase and ensure a reliable transfer to project and construction management. You ensure group-wide costing standards, professionalize processes and work closely with location management, project management, construction management, purchasing, awarding and technical disciplines. You are involved in offer negotiations, procurement strategies and internal decision-making rounds.

You have at least five years of experience in the costing of demanding construction projects, ideally on the GU or SF site. You have calculated larger projects safely; Experience with project volumes in the range from about 30 to 50 million. Euro is particularly welcome. Call for tenders, LV exams, mass determination, offer skalkulation and the evaluation of post-contractor offers are sure to dominate. You understand construction processes, assignment, follow-up mechanics and technical interfaces. You know complex projects in housing, public building and industrial, commercial, office or hotel construction. With common costing, AVA and office systems you work routined; RIB iTWO, comparable applications and BIM identifiers are advantageous. You bring first leadership, mentoring or coordination experience or show clearly recognizable leadership potential. You work bindingly, analytically and resiliently, communicate confidently and have very good German knowledge.
