Product Manager (m/w/d) Oil & Gas

We are looking for a Product Manager (m/w/d) for our Business Line Oil & Gas at the Oelde site. This business line is responsible for strategic portfolio management within the BU separators and develops solutions for demanding applications of centrifugal separation technology in the oil and gas industry.

As a product manager, you form the central interface between product development, sales and our application and customer requirements. You drive innovations, identify market needs and position products successfully on the market. Proactive creation of market analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives Support the portfolio management of products over the entire product lifecycle including Standardization and Outphasing Detection and analysis of market trends and customer expectations Creating business cases for future product developments Introduction of new products and applications in the Business Line Implementation of a common strategy with other product managers, the service and the digital unit Implementation of the product strategy with our worldwide sales network Analyze revenue development in the markets and implement benchmarks related to Competition products Creation and Management of Product Launch Concept and Market Introduction

Complete technical training or study in the field of process engineering / mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification experience in the oil and gas industry; Experience in separation technology (electrostatic separator, filter etc.) desirable Experience in product management of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High sales, customer and market orientation Embossed team and communication skills Self-employed, agile and structured work Travel readiness (approx. 30%)
