Organisation in control: You support our lawyers (humans) through a predictive and reliable coordination of the everyday office – from appointment management to file care. Varied & structured: You take over time management, keep all dates in mind and take care of the call and shipping via beA. Responsibility: You manage the accounting according to RVG and hourly rates, track payment inputs and professionally process internal and external correspondence.

You have successfully completed your training as a lawyer (man) and ideally bring several years of experience in the law firm or professional services environment. Reliable & structured: You work carefully, organized and with high quality standards – deadlines, form specifications and details are sure to look at. Responsibility in the team: discretion and loyalty are of course for you. You appreciate the cooperation in the team and are committed to the everyday business.
