Project Manager Airborne Projects (m/f/d)

Development of national and international customer projects in the field of electro-optical sensors for flying platforms (helicopters, aircraft, drones) Management and ensuring the cooperation of all necessary stakeholders in an international environment during the complete project phases Achieving the objectives of the project, in particular in the dimensions of costs, time and performance/quality, including by ensuring the implementation of a proactive risk & opportunity and claim & Waiver management Initiation, control and coordination of all measures necessary for fulfilling the objectives in the participating organisational units Coordination at the interface to customers and internal departments Acquisition support and creation of offers based on customer requests to achieve our international growth goals Active contribution to the good team spirit of our department and to a strong corporate culture

Complete university studies, preferably in the field of engineering, economic engineering, business management or comparable Long-standing professional experience in project and product management, ideally in the Airborne sector Independent, solution-oriented work, loadability and very good communication skills Wide experience in working in international teams and as an interface to a wide range of organizational units and customers Safe occurrence in an international, military environment and negotiations Experience in managing complex development projects with several subcontractors Experience in complex offerings and contract negotiations in the international environment with regard to Airborne & Space requests knowledge/experiences in the field of aerospace and/or defense, ideally especially electric optics PMI or similar certification German and English knowledge in word and writing
