Architect - Construction Law / Feasibility / Visualization (m/w/d)

We want to make life more liveable in our cities. Our sustainable, flexible and space-saving parking towers help. On only 35sqm we can park and load 12 vehicles. In future we want to act as a mobility hub and have all kinds of shared and micro mobility in our towers. By greening, electric charging stations and photovoltaics we fit into a green and modern cityscape. Assessment of construction law: You analyze the structural conditions for urban land and ensure a solid foundation of our projects. Feasibility analyses: You will start detailed analyses to evaluate the feasibility and potential benefits of projects. Urban concept creation: You develop innovative concepts for the use of areas and promote sustainable and attractive urban development. Visualization: You use your creativity to visually prepare concepts and present them impressively. Further tasks: Product development: You design innovative interiors and facades and optimise the user journey. Digital tools: You use modern digital tools to increase efficiency and quality. Communication with authorities: You agree with authorities to effectively overcome project obstacles.

You have a degree in architecture, landscape architecture or urban planning. Your motivation is: You're burning to make our cities more liveable and want to put your ideas into reality. You are a professional in the application of digital and visual tools and you are adept to present and advance your projects. You like to work in the team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Sustainable urban development enthuses you and you have a great interest in innovative solutions in the field of mobility. Challenges are active and are ready to continue to train and acquire new skills.
