Visual testing of the supplied A-PET films on foreign materials (metals, paper, PP/PE) Manual or crane/staper-assisted feeding of conveyor belts or shredder Start-up, operation and monitoring of the recycling and agglomeration system (e.g. cutting compressor) Monitoring of temperature, pressure, residence time and knife moisture to avoid IV value degradation detection of process deviations (material accumulation, overheating) and introduction of corrective measures Regular removal of material samples (bulk density, residual moisture, degree of contamination) Monitoring of filling in Big Bags/Silos and proper labelling (charging, material type) Regular replacement and readjustment of the rotor blades in the cutting compressor cleaning of the filter and screen systems and cleaning of the system in case of changes in material or colour

Training as machine and plant leader, process mechanic for plastics technology or comparable qualification Experience with comminution plants Knowledge of the thermal behaviour and danger of hydrolysis of PET industrial truck license (Gabelstaplerschein) and crane license of advantage Ready to work in shift operation Computer identifiers Secure knowledge of German in word and writing Physical loadability Teamability, flexibility and reliability
