You do not run employees, but you run projects from product idea to market launch. You analyse markets, trends and competitors, derive resilient recommendations and actively implement them. You work closely and without hierarchical thinking with sales and development and examine new product ideas together for technical feasibility and economic sustainability. The existing portfolio actively supports you over the entire life cycle, identify gaps and opportunities, control adjustments and drive decisions to success. Competitive bridge builder You think in benefits, core messages and visibility – the operational implementation takes over external professionals. You brief agencies, specify the strategic direction, control result, quality and budget. Internally, ensure that management, sales and technology work with the same product logic. Training, language regulations and clear argumentation lines are part of this – and the consequence is to bring topics also through the finish line.

Technical studies or technicians, each with several years of professional experience in product management or technical marketing for investment goods in machine or plant engineering. You understand mechanical systems in need of explanation, speak with developers at eye level and formulate customer benefits so that sales and marketing can work with them. You have made market analyses, observed competitors and helped shape product strategies. Ideally, you have already controlled external service providers and know how to run as a content client without sinking even in the small-scale operating system. Very good German and English skills are required.
