You process service and repair orders in the area of Sprinkleranlagen. Offers, orders and technical documentation are created and tracked by you. In close cooperation with the service department, you support the service engineers' deployment planning. The testing and processing of maintenance reports as well as defect protocols as well as the material disposition and coordination with suppliers are your responsibility.
