Security Incident Responder (m/f/d)

In our Security Operations Center (SOC), we jointly ensure that our customers are best prepared against current and future cyber threats. We keep an eye on global hazards, respond quickly and professionally to safety incidents and create a high level of digital security through our work. To this end, we rely on market-leading technologies, proven processes – and dedicated colleagues who continuously expand and share their expertise. Your mission – or, in other words, your tasks Analysis and reaction: You are responsible for the professional management of IT security incidents with our customers – structured, solution-oriented and with cool head. Digital Forensics: You carry out forensic investigations on clients and servers, identify traces of attacks and support your team in technical work-up – with larger locations you also take over coordination. Technological development: You are actively working on the automation and further development of our DFIR infrastructure (Digital Forensics and Incident Response). Use knowledge advantage: You keep up with current trends, threats and tools in the field of cyber security. Learning and further education: Through targeted training, you are constantly developing your technical and technical skills – because in IT security you never learn.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something Experience with IT security and DFIR: You have already gained several years of experience in IT security and ideally have at least three years of experience in DFIR or CERT roles. You have extensive experience with Digital Forensics and Incident Response and have professionally accompanied security incidents. Safe in handling forensics and SOC tools: You analyze security incidents targeted and methodically. Travel and call readiness: You are flexible and willing to react quickly in case of seriousness. Wide IT knowledge: You bring well-founded know-how in classic IT technologies. Team-ready and analytical: You think solution-oriented and are happy to work in the team. Communicative and professional: You will be so confident – in German, also in English.
