Management and conceptual development of the workshops together with the management Strategic realignment of the WfbM with regard to political requirements and strengthening vocational education with certificate courses and partial qualifications Implementation and conception of pedagogical and rehabilitative work, support and support services as well as the further development of vocational education and guaranteeing the quality and evaluation of existing concepts Budget responsibility and planning of resource use as well as expert advice and guidance of managers Communication with service providers and network partners, development of cooperation and acquisition of funding for the further development of the offers Participation in internal and external bodies and public meetings

Complete study of social education, social work, psychology or rehabilitation Multiannual professional and leadership experience in integration aid Strategic and economic thinking and cross-organisational competence Communication strength, team capacity and solution-oriented leadership style High level of empathy and appreciation for people with disabilities Safe handling of performance carrier documentation and reporting requirements
