Over the next 3-5 years, You will be prepared specifically for the succession of our long-term procurator and railway operating manager (EBL). You successively take responsibility for a team of about 6 experts.

Full project management: You are responsible for exciting construction projects in the field of infrastructure (sea construction, bridge construction, civil engineering) over all phases of the HOAI (1-9). Central interface: You coordinate external engineering offices, construction companies and authorities and ensure compliance with budget, dates and quality. Modernisation: You control the maintenance and new construction of railway systems and traffic junctions from the call to acceptance. Leadership development: You grow into the role of the railway manager and secure the company's operational success in the long term.

Foundation: You have completed a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or a comparable technical qualification. Experience: Ideally you will bring first practice (2–3 years) in civil engineering, road construction or in the field of transport systems. Cross entry welcome: So far you have little contact with track construction? No problem! If you have a technical understanding of complex infrastructure, we will train you as an expert and finance your training as an EBL. Personality: You are strong in communication, work independently and want a long-term leadership perspective.
