Get in – these are your tasks:

• In your role, you take on the disciplinary leadership of employees of the master driving team, e.g. the mast or Grounding column.
• The inspecting, waiting and repairing of buses for our trams up to 1000 volts is also on your agenda.
• Souverän guides you to third-party and self-service projects, including time and cost tracking – in the case of maintenance, new and remodeling, you prepare all work.
• As part of track maintenance and other infrastructure measures, you fully undertake and coordinate transport relevant measures.
• We build on your active commitment in the planning and execution of power cut-offs as well as measures to train.
• In addition, you are responsible for the implementation and coordination of grounding and stray current protection measures with the planning area for maintenance, new construction and rebuilding measures on roadway systems.
• You support the monitoring of mast maintenance and the use of two-way, special and standard vehicles.
• Finally, you organize and monitor instructions in accident prevention regulations (UVV) and training according to DA track.

Take a seat – with this profile you convince us:

• Your basis is a completed training as an industrial master:in or Craftsman:in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Ideally, you can show experiences in employee management.
• In addition, you can demonstrate full professional practice in the field of roadway construction – also with the driving power supply (especially in the SSB network) you know well.
• In addition, you have knowledge about the perception of the leadership function according to the SSB-internal junior guidance program perspective or a comparable qualification.
• We also rely on your expertise in dealing with MS Office, ideally there are first knowledge in SAP MM and Vemags.
• Personally, you score with your structured way of working and openness towards changes as well as the right mix of self-responsibility, high resilience and team capacity.

You meet both the health requirements for operating staff according to §10 BOStrab, for track work according to the DA track and for work with increased risk of crashes as well as the suitability and willingness to work at night and weekends as well as the call-readiness service.
