In Nieder-Weisel there is a central service location for JoBITS, where diverse operational and organizational tasks are bundled. The team is responsible for the field service, network and security management and 1st level support. In addition, IT procurement, service management for omnitrackers and software distribution, quality management and operation of the Quality management controlled. In addition, JoBITS is responsible for the company-wide change to a central SAP system, which will reduce a variety of interfaces in the future.

In your working day: Support and problem solution: You can process IT requests by phone or by remote maintenance and quickly find suitable solutions.

Documentation: Incoming support cases are documented by you in the ticket system.

Technical Troubleshooter: Detect and eliminate faults independently in the Microsoft environment.

Working in focus: For technical questions, you can consult the staff.
