What you should bring We are looking for someone with heart and mind and not empty words for appreciation and respect. You have a completed training or a study that qualifies you for work in child and youth aid, for example as an educator:in, nurse:in or in the field of social education, psychology or childhood education. But more important than your qualification is your attitude: You bring a natural authority with you and go confidently and empathically to children, young people and their families. If you already have a completed three-year training in a profession where contact with people is essential, we may offer you the possibility of post-qualification.
