Team Leader Operational Purchasing & Process Manager (m/f/d)

As a manager, you take the professional and disciplinary responsibility for a team of ten employees in the area of Operational Purchasing Indirect Procurement Central Europe. Through regular employee talks, you are close to the team and quickly realize the need for action, for example when ensuring the service level. In addition to personal management and development, you are responsible for outstanding results in day-to-day business as well as the continuous development of the process landscape in direct shopping – embedded in a global process community. These include the optimization of systems and cross-departmental cooperation.

You have successfully completed your master's degree in economics and have at least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing or process management. With purchasing processes and associated systems – ideally SAP Ariba – you are very familiar. Alternatively, you bring significant process management skills and methods. You could already demonstrate your leadership skills in your first team leadership. You have a high level of readiness and willingness to succeed and want to develop internationally in the coming years. You communicate and present fluently in German and English – convincingly across all functions and hierarchies. Through your independent working, self-initiative and analytical strength, you can identify optimization potentials in processes that you implement with conceptual creativity.
