Personnel administration Creation of internal and external correspondence (job alert, suspensions) Contract management (work contracts, certificates, contractual changes) Postal processing and appointment (e.g. personal or BEM talks) Documentation and storage of personalised documents (also digital) Administrative settlement of applicant management Support in the organisation of training and seminars

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification acquired under multiannual professional practice

Practical experience in personnel management Basic knowledge of labour and social security law Good knowledge of German and English (word and writing) Teamplayer (m/w/d) with independent, service-oriented and confidential work
