Head of Compliance & Legal (m/f/d)

You conduct the field of compliance & law professionally and disciplinefully and continuously develop the team and the cooperation with the departments You advise the Executive Board and the departments in all essential legal and compliance-relevant issues, examine and evaluate facts and legal issues and develop practical solutions – in particular in the areas of corporate law, contract law, association law and supervisory law. You are responsible for the further development and control of compliance management and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. In doing so, you identify and evaluate compliance risks and develop appropriate measures and structures together with the specialist areas. You design and accompany contracts, business processes and strategic projects, in particular projects of the Executive Board, and conduct independent legal negotiations. You control and support cross-border projects with legal and compliance-related focus and ensure effective implementation of the resulting measures. You represent the Examination Association with regard to authorities, supervisory bodies, associations and other third parties and bring the interests of the Examination Association into relevant working groups and bodies (BdB, EdB, ESF).

Graduate in law, ideally full lawyer (m/w/d), and multi-year relevant professional experience in legal or compliance environment Funded knowledge of company, contract, association and supervisory law as well as a good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, in particular MaRisk and DORA Ability to quickly capture complex legal and compliance issues, to prepare them in a comprehensible manner and to develop practical solutions Sovereign appearance, communication and negotiation strength as well as the joy of actively developing law and compliance and shaping change processes We focus on human beings, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin & nationality, religion & worldview, sexual orientation & identity, physical and mental abilities and social origin.
