Self-operational processing of indirect purchase of materials and services taking into account cost-effectiveness and schedule Analysis and comparison of offers and preparation and triggering of orders according to defined purchasing processes and internal guidelines Monitoring of delivery dates and performance agreements and active clarification of deviations, complaints and invoice differences in cooperation with internal specialist departments and suppliers Establishment, maintenance and further development of supplier relationships in operational day-to-day business as well as ensuring partnership and professional cooperation Support in the creation and maintenance of framework agreements Participation in contract negotiations (operative input) Review of invoice amounts that do not match the order confirmation / order and in consultation with div. Making interfaces clarification Participation in the further development and optimization of purchasing processes, including the identification of savings potentials and the implementation of standardization measures

successfully completed commercial vocational training or Experience in purchasing / sales Experience in (operative / indirect) shopping Secure handling of ERP systems and other software solutions (e.g. SAP, proAlpha, MS Office) negotiation skills, cost awareness Communication strength and team capacity Flowing German knowledge (good English knowledge of advantage)
