Student Worker in HR Process Management (m/f/d)

As a “Working Student Process Management HR (m/w/d)” you support the collection and documentation of processes in the Human Resources departments. After a structured incorporation, you contribute independently to the optimization of processes and prepare decision templates for relevant stakeholders. You contribute to cross-project activities and project work. You support administrative and field-internal tasks for the Operational Organisation HR. You are responsible for the preparation of requirements, the updating of the communication plan and the reprocessing of updates.

You are enrolled in a course of economics or economic education and are currently at least in the second semester. You are thrilled with topics related to process management and have already gained initial experience in the analysis and optimization of processes or in the field of personnel. You have a fast conception and a structured, precise and analytical way that is characterized by reliability. Their high empathy, resilience and strong communication strength complement your professional skills and make you a valuable support in the team. You already have first experience with JIRA, Confluence, Office 365 and Visio.
