As Digital Assets & DLT Lead for Financial Services (m/w/d), you are responsible for this industry topic in our Go-to-Market organization, which drives our growth as a NTT DATA in this industry. You define our Value Proposition in the topic and develop Go-to-Market strategies. You work closely with our client partners to develop targeted solutions for individual customer situations.

In close cooperation with the delivery units, you develop a comprehensive delivery model for this topic and, together with them, create a scalable delivery capability according to market needs. As part of the placement of the topic before the customer, you also support the successful project implementation and e.g. as a consultant, Subject Matter Expert (SME) or project manager in the projects. Through your role, you ensure that the business case is successful for us as a company in this area.

Your mission

• You are the spearhead for us when it comes to consulting our customers in the Financial Services sector on initiatives with DLT technology cover. You support both in the Business Development, Sales Process and the implementation of the R Projects;
• You accompany projects in the context of digital assets, blockchain, key custody technology and tokenization and develop strategies for integrating digital and real world assets into existing (banks) system landscapes.
• You act as a Thought Leader in this topic. In doing so, you can rely on our great innovation expertise from over 3,500 R&D employees and express them for the specific needs of our customers in the region.
• In your role as Thought Leader, you represent NTT DATA in this topic at trade fairs and events, as an expert in publications or socials
• You are the Sparring partner for our technology portfolios when it comes to integrating our competencies customer-friendly and expanding the right delivery competencies.
• You actively organize and collaborate with different internal teams in a matrix organization (e.g. sales, delivery, partner management, CoEs, etc.) and provide close contact and exchange with your key stakeholders in the Financial Services and DLT Sector
• You support our partner Ecosystems in this field

Your skill set

• You have a completed degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a company in the financial industry.
• You have a thorough understanding of the functioning of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts and tokenization. Technical terms like Stablecoins, DeFi, Cryptocurrencies and NFTs are familiar to you
• You have the ability to analyze complex business processes and develop innovative solutions that optimize the use of DLT technologies.
• You can advise customers on the design and integration of IT systems to ensure that DLT solutions can be seamlessly integrated into existing system landscapes.
• You know the regulatory requirements (MICAR, eWpG and DLT pilot regime) and financial security standards (DORA, BAIT and MaRisk) that need to be considered to ensure the integrity and security of DLT-based systems.
• You bring well-founded experience in consulting and designing with relevant methods (Design Thinking, Issue Based Consulting, Value Based Consulting), have a strong communication competence, especially in the field of workshop methods and moderation
• Negotiating German and English skills as well as a basic readiness for customer projects complete your profile.
