Personnel Administrator (f/m/d) in the Logistics Area

We are looking for our customers, a logistics company based in Cologne, at the closest possible time a personnel expert (w/m/d).

Creation and management of work contracts, contract changes and other personal documents Maintenance and updating of personal files (both digital and analogue) Processing of entry and exit processes, including onboarding and offboarding Support for billing of salaries and time recording Contact person for employees in questions about wage billing, labour law and business agreements Support for recruitment, planning of job interviews and applicant management Work on personnel development and process optimization projects

Complete training in the commercial sector, ideally with continuing training in the human resources sector or a comparable qualification First experience in personnel management or human resources (HR) Knowledge of labour law and payroll accounting are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience in the application of HR software (e.g. Personio, SAP SuccessFactors) Embossed communication skills, discretion and a structured operation Digital mindset and the willingness to use and implement new technologies
