Finance & treaties: You continuously monitor financially significant operational management contracts, in particular in the areas of road cleaning and road drainage, and identify performance and cost deviations at an early stage. Continue thinking of controlling instruments: You use existing internal control instruments and develop them in a targeted manner to efficiently and legally support the procurement processes in the garden and civil engineering office. Actively shape the project portfolio: You support the planning, control and coordination of the project portfolio and thus contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our measures. Prepare data in a comprehensible way: you create reports, evaluations and statistics and prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and relevant to decision-making.

You have one of the following qualifications: You have a career qualification for the upscale non-technical administration service or you have the employee examination II or the degree as an administrative specialist. Alternatively, you have a completed economic studies (BWL/VWL).

Ideally, you bring professional experience in controlling and you know well with business relationships. You have knowledge of contract law (e.g. GWB, UVgO) and basic knowledge of contract law. You work organized and structured, are safe in handling Microsoft Office – especially Excel – and ideally have experience with SAP. Your quick understanding as well as your connected and strategic thinking are what distinguishes you. You convince by enforcing, self-confidence and self-initiative. At the same time, you bring a high level of communication and empathy and are happy to work in exchange with different disciplines.

An indefinite job in full time with payment according to A 10 gD. LBesO or according to pay group 9c TVöD. The body can also be occupied by two part-time workers.
