Nursing Center Manager Functional Service in the OR and Endoscopies (m/w/d)

The Klinikverbund Südwest is one of the largest and most efficient municipal hospital associations in Baden-Württemberg and has more than 1,500 planned beds. Our approximately 6,000 employees: in six locations, nearly 75,000 patients are provided annually: in stationary and more than 300,000 outpatients. In the Kliniken Böblingen und Sindelfingen we are looking for a nursing center line (m/w/d) for the function service in surgery and endoscopy in fulltime from 01.01.2026.

Organizing and guiding the center in close coordination with the medical lines and the care management Total responsibility for personnel management, personnel deployment planning and management as well as responsible services and holiday plans in cooperation with the team management Ensure qualified and competent patient care in the area of competence Strategic development of processes, projects and concepts in cooperation with the participating professional groups and organizational units from qualitative and economic perspectives Continuous improvement of quality management based on defined key figures Ensure the practical instructions, the acquisition of young people and the promotion of employees: Designing and accompanying structural changes with a view to the new construction of the airfield clinic Ready to call services on weekends and holidays

(m/w/d) or OTA (m/w/d) Professional experience in a management function Preferably supplemented by a nursing management study or comparable studies, a contact study programme for health management or the further training to lead a nursing unit/function or the willingness to complete these Reliability, resilience and readiness for interdisciplinary, multi-station and multi-functional and team-oriented cooperation Very good competences and experiences in the field of project and process management Representative expertise and leadership skills, team skills and good IT skills Very good communication and moderation capabilities in cooperation with the relevant team management, OTAs, nurses and other professional groups
