Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You support Product Owner Retail in the integration of our mobile banking services into the processes in retail (E-Com & POS). You transform complex business requirements into precise user stories and manage the backlog as well as the documentation in Jira and Confluence. You design the details of app onboarding for our financing solutions and, together with our UX/CX experts, define a simple user journey. You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. KYC) and internal guidelines. You define acceptance criteria, accompany the implementation and carry out technical acceptances and tests. You test the processes in live operation and are competent contact person for enquiries.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Business, IT or technical studies or comparable qualifications First experience in a comparable function (e.g. product management of a bank, consulting or in the FinTech area – in each case with reference to Mobile App Development) High affinity for trends and developments in Payments, BNPL, Digital Banking, Retail (PoS & eCom) and credit cards Technical understanding of the development of mobile apps and web applications Experience in agile development methods (SCRUM) A pronounced solution and action orientation The needs of customers in mind and good business understanding Hands on mentality and a pragmatic approach Good communication and team skills Very good language skills in German and English
