You carry out various tasks relating to the evaluation, processing and coordination of new customer invitations and contribute to structured, economical and timely implementation of tendering processes.

These include in particular: Evaluate new customer invitations and create decision templates for further processing In close cooperation with Sales Managers and Solution Managers, complete processing and controlling the entire process across the field analyse, evaluate and translate requirements into resilient content Offers including project plan and cost calculation for our software solution Check contract documents and contribute to the content and economic safeguarding of tendering coordinate all participating departments and partners within the framework of the call for tenders and ensure the timely work coordinate the structured handover of won tenders to the delivery and thus support a smooth project start Enter and maintain new customer opportunities in the DCON CRM and reporting platform Identify optimization potentials and advance efficiency-enhancing measures in your own work area

a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification, ideally in the commercial sector multiannual professional experience in bid and tender management as well as in the processing of complex tenders, ideally in the context of public procurement procedures in the IT or software industry well-founded experience in the costing and creation of offers as well as in the structured processing of performance and contractual components Joy in cooperation with different disciplines and partners as well as coordination of cross-disciplinary contributions a high level of organisational skills, self-initiative and sense of responsibility as well as a structured, careful and timely manner of operation the ability to keep an overview even under time pressure and to secure priorities very good German knowledge (min.
