Internship Central Real Estate Management - Asset Management (m/f/d)

You prepare presentations and start them independently. Support for the implementation and the appointment of housing withdrawals and transfers. You are involved in the development of modern residential concepts. You are actively working on the strategic real estate portfolio. You support the team in the object management and get to know the operational tasks of asset management. You perform classical organizational tasks in the back office. Evaluation and analysis of building assessments, road value assessments and technical due diligence reports. You help shape the digitalization process in asset management and introduce your own ideas.

Studies in real estate management, real estate management, facility management, property management, asset management or BWL with a focus on real estate. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You are interested in architecture and construction. First knowledge and basics in SAP. Own initiative and self-employment in the processing of tasks. Analytical and structured operation. Your team skills, communication skills and your organizational talent are yours. Very good knowledge of German and English.

Your mission is rewarded. For a mandatory internship, you can expect 1,400 € gross per month. If you do a voluntary internship for four months or longer or write your thesis with us, you will receive € 2,420 gross per month.
