You take control of the individual integration process and monitor the progress of integration taking into account the overall situation of the demand community. The planning, control and implementation of individual case management are your responsibility. You support young people in integration into training or in employment, for example through leading and qualifying measures. You meet the decision on individual integration services.

You have a completed study of social work/social education, the social economy or have a completed university degree in the educational field. Ideally, you have a certificate as a Case Manager*in (DGCC) or are ready to purchase it. We are happy if you have professional experience in dealing with young people or have already gained experience in social administration. You perform your task independently and reliably and have a flexibility in communicating with the customers. You convince by your coordination and problem solving skills.
