More than 100 urban properties need your expertise. In urban real estate management you can implement your projects. Come to our team as Bauzeichner/-in oras Maurer/-in or a comparable qualification with the willingness to continue training as a state-tested construction technician or (m/w/d).

Your diverse and interesting tasks include: 

• Development of new building, modernization and entertainment activities to urban buildings in the team of real estate management
• Participation in the planning, costing, tendering, awarding, construction management and billing of construction measures and building technology
• Support for projects, development of implementation proposals and communication with building users
• Creating plan drawings and building application documents in CAD
• Working in digital property and building management

You bring:

• a successful conclusion as a signatory/-in or mason/-in or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the learned profession
• willingness to complete the training for the state-tested construction technician, in the field of civil engineering,
• good computer skills including knowledge in the field of CAD
• Experience in procurement law
• Class B driving licence and the willingness to use the private motor vehicle for service journeys against the granting of deprivation
• Team and cooperation capability, mobility and flexibility in working time, as well as independent and independent working methods.
