Branch Gemünden Number of persons: 161553 You take responsibility for all processes at our site in Gemünden – with design space and direct influence on the economic and operational success of the site You lead a dedicated team of around 170 employees and bear the responsibility for motivating, targeted cooperation – from deployment planning to incorporation to the further development of your employees and external service providers You ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements, e.g. in occupational and health protection, environmental, waste and hazardous goods law – and always keep in mind approvals, requirements and internal standards As a face of the company on site, you maintain existing customer relationships, build new contacts in the municipal, industrial and private sectors and represent our values in daily cooperation – also in dealing with authorities and public bodies In close coordination with the managing director, you will be responsible for the results for the location, plan investments, control costs, check invoices and analyse business performance indicators in order to derive targeted measures for further development You ensure a secure and law-compliant organisation of all processes, control compliance with audit and documentation requirements, care for order, cleanliness and the technical condition of real estate, plants and vehicles – and actively engage in projects and innovations

Multiannual management experience – ideally in waste management, recycling or environmental management – with well-founded knowledge of waste management and relevant legal requirements (e.g. waste and work protection law) and certificate of expertise in accordance with §§ 4, 9 EfbV Complete studies in the field of business or industrial engineering or equivalent technical qualification (e.g. master, technician, engineer) Impressed entrepreneurial thinking, sound business knowledge and a clear look for practical, economically meaningful solutions Proven competence in employee management, coupled with communication strength, decision-making and customer orientation Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working with high self-responsibility, reliability, flexibility and team spirit Safe handling of MS Office as well as a high level of readiness and the desire for continuous professional and personal development
