Own organisation and management of the department secretariat Time and time management including time-limit control Correspondence with clients, courts, authorities and business partners Creation and processing of documents, contracts and other legal documents by submission Preparation of meetings and client appointments Document management and document management, digital and physical Processing of cost-fixing requests and invoices according to RVG and fee arrangements Support for lawyers with ongoing mandates in business law

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Final score between 1 and 2 or comparable good performance Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office and digital firm systems Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Organizational, discretion and professional appearance Interest in economic and business relations
