The following position is to be placed in our Integrative Medicine Department: Assistant to the Department of Finance (m/w/d) Type of contract: Limited Type of employment: parttime Application until: 04.02.2026 In an interprofessional team, third-party funded projects are implemented, which combine conventional medicine with holistic natural healing methods into a meaningful overall concept. In this context, the knowledge of complementary medical procedures is scientifically studied and evaluated in high-quality studies. The aim is to find the best individual therapy for patients and to reduce side effects as much as possible.

In the Department of Integrative Medicine (Head: Prof. Dr. med. Klaus Kramer, M.Sc.) at the Clinic for General and Visceral Surgery, a position in the controlling and in the assistance of the department is now to be taken part-time.

Own work in the financial management of the department and close cooperation with the third-party funding department to keep an overview of the third-party funding projects Creation of regular financial overviews in transparency for the department management Monitoring of the project budget for resources and resources of third-party funding projects including Payment inputs / outputs, balance sheet etc. Support of the department in various administrative and organizational tasks Participation in meetings
