Construction, control and accounting of NE4 installations including the associated fire prevention in multi-family houses Coordination of all construction measures with participating contractors and internal organizational units and occasionally also with owners, house administrations, builders Continuous monitoring of NE4 construction measures with a focus on quality assurance, fire protection, conservation of monuments, occupational safety and protection of private property Problem management if needed incl. Complete studies or a comparable commercial or technical training (e.g. technician:in/master:in) – ideally in electrical engineering, telecommunications or industrial engineering – or multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Knowledge in the field of electrical installations, preferably in the network level 4 – from the basement to the attic Safe appearance and strong communication capability, combined with high customer and service orientation Structured, reliable and result-oriented operation High motivation, team spirit and flexibility and dynamics Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action Ideally knowledge of SAP IS-U, MS Office, iTWO and the Gigabit business system Driving licence Class B
