Your tasks

• They are competent/-r and friendly/-r contact person/-in for participants in all situations of life.
• They advise and support the participants in the implementation of support measures.
• They keep in touch with lecturers in the language courses and promote the successful participation in our courses and offers.
• With your activities, you contribute to increasing the motivation of participants and creating a positive learning and working relationship.
• They support the planning and support of further training opportunities

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of social education/social work/pedagogics/education/psychology.
• They are willing to work independently, actively and independently and are also very interested in good networking with other regional actors in migration work.
• They share our enthusiasm at work with people with migration background.
• They have a high level of team and communication skills and intercultural competence.
• You are safe in dealing with Office365.
