Your tasks:

· Processing of administrative activities after receipt of the purchase contract up to delivery

· Ordering vehicles and their delivery monitoring

· Accounting and control of necessary bank documents

· Control of tickets and related sales promotion

· Review and assignment of credits

· Customer Database Care (CRV)

· Manage incoming mail and emails

· link between sales and customers

Your profile:

· Commercial training preferred

· independent and conscientious operation

· Computer knowledge of the current MS Office programs

· good numerical understanding and analytical thinking

· high customer orientation and communication capability

· Organizational design and flexibility
