As Revenue Growth Manager (m/w/d) at Leifheit, you actively shape sustainable revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies and create commercial transparency. You enable data-based decisions for sales, portfolio and customer management. Commercial Performance: You analyze business trends and identify strategic sales potentials in the focus markets. You support product selection decisions and provide recommendations for action to improve sales performance and maximise profit. Together with marketing and sales, you monitor the success of marketing measures and promotions in the respective countries. Pricing: You develop and implement pricing strategies, establish a stringent price governance and ensure correct price master data. You create price models, perform market, competition and elasticity analyses and evaluate the financial impact of price measures. In addition, build RRP tracking and support sales teams in our countries. Sales & Portfolio Support: You support international sales teams with sound analyses, prepare arguments for customer discussions and create business cases. In addition, you identify new growth potentials and contribute to the development of Go-to-Market strategies for different countries. Reporting & Process Optimization: You create reports on Sell-out data, perform performance analyses and guide action recommendations. Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Controlling, Finance or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics or Business Development, ideally in an international environment Analytical strength and pronounced ability to interpret complex data and to translate it into concrete recommendations for action Experience with pricing strategies and profitability analyses as well as sound knowledge in creating business cases Very good knowledge in MS Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) as well as ERP systems knowledge of English in word and writing; other foreign languages are advantageous Communication and presentation strength in order to present results convincingly and to advise international stakeholders Team skills and intercultural competence to work effectively with colleagues from different countries Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, paired with high self-initiative and hands-on mentality
