(Senior) Specialist Taxes (m/f/d)

Work closely with external Branch bookkeeping partners and support the tax assessment and tax reporting taking into account the country-specific requirements Coordinate open sales tax positions and carry out monthly accounts within our internal accounting Support internal stakeholders in the correct tax treatment and accounting of invoices in accordance with the applicable commercial, sales tax and income tax regulations Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes, policies and standards Support and coordinate the accounting activities of our external branches Work closely with local consultants to ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements, for example in the context of UBO declarations or other supplier documentation Responsible for the administration of our international offices within the Head Office, including coordination of internal release processes Join international projects from accounting and tax perspective and ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements

Complete degree in Finance & Accounting or a comparable qualification (e.g. balance sheet accounting, tax specialist or tax specialist) Professional experience in an international business environment and knowledge of internal control systems Knowledge of accounting according to German tax law and HGB Very good understanding of German and European turnover tax law Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous Embossed analytical and structured thinking as well as continuous improvement High self-responsibility, care and a pronounced quality awareness Good communication skills in German and English
