Freight forwarding and logistics services clerk / project manager for art transports (m/f/d)

In our Fine Art Commercial Business division we implement small and international projects in art logistics for galleries, artists, private customers and art fairs.

Your duties

Supply and order processing of national and international transport projects in the field of Fine Art Organisation and coordination of transports including planning of packaging solutions, processing of customs and insurance issues and planning of associated courier trips Project and customer support before, during and after the projects Monitoring of contract and framework agreements, carrying out post-calculations, accounting checks and billing of services provided Communication with customers, partners and agents worldwide in German and English

Professional experience in the field of forwarding/logistics, e.g. as a forwarding buyer/w/d Alternative experience in project or transport management of a gallery, museum or auction house, e.g. as registrar (m/w/d) Ideally good knowledge of transport planning and customs processing High reliability, teamability and a safe and sympathetic appearance Structured, independent, cost- and service-oriented operation - even in complex projects Good knowledge of English in word and writing (further languages of advantage)
