You control the company's control center and our traffic control systems and ensure that thousands of people come to their destination reliably and safely every day. You're responsible for entrepreneurship. By commissioning transport services and controlling our partner companies, you ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and smooth operation. You will lead the team security and income security and develop measures that protect our passengers, employees and corporate values. You take responsibility for our cutting and dressing room and make sure that our employees are professionally equipped. You develop our driving school strategically and provide the basis for winning and training qualified drivers for the Vestische. You represent the Vestische in professional bodies, working groups and committees and introduce your expertise and new impulses for tomorrow's local transport.

You have completed a degree in the field of transport, mobility management or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, you will convince us with an equivalent qualification and corresponding professional experience. You are familiar with the legal framework of public transport. You can safely apply relevant laws, regulations and regulations in practice. You understand taking people, working with them with confidence and bringing together different interests. You are convinced by a sense of responsibility, a safe occurrence and a clear communication. You bring leadership experience or have successfully managed larger projects.
