Management of the department of building management – with around 20 employees from the commercial and technical field as well as the mastery of the house and the cleaning service. Editing complex facts and questions of commercial building management. Optimization of existing processes and their digitalization. Management of public buildings, green areas and squares. This includes the implementation of tenders, the collection of offers and the commissioning of care measures, maintenance or repairs in coordination with the technical field. Responsibility for maintenance intervals. Compilation of secondary and operating expenses and representation of the municipality at owner meetings. If necessary, take part in the meetings of the Committee on Civil Engineering, Urban Development and Environmental Protection.

You have completed your studies in the field of business management, real estate management, public management, architecture or can demonstrate a comparable qualification. They have already gained first experience in the management of the staff or are ready to develop accordingly. They like to take responsibility, are compelling and work independently.
