Lead Engineer/ Technical Lead (m/f/d)

Technical management and coordination of planners and senior planner construction technology, primary technology and secondary technology over all project phases Technical overall responsibility for the planning of high-voltage systems and transformers from the supply phase to commissioning Development and coordination of holistic technical concepts taking into account all disciplines Ensuring technical feasibility, quality, cost-effectiveness and project implementation compliant with deadline and contract Implementation of risk analyses, feasibility studies and technical evaluations Creation, testing and approval of complex planning documents and evidence Technical advice of the project manager, the customer and all relevant stakeholders Participation in tenders, tenders and the control of external services Coordination and monitoring of external service providers and expert experts Further development of technical standards and best practices in the substation planning

Complete studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the planning of high-voltage systems/refractories, ideally with experience in a leading or coordinating function Knowledge in CAD systems (2D/3D) and specialist planning tools (e.g. AutoCAD, EPLAN, Engineering Base, RUPLAN) Good knowledge of project management (IPMA or comparable advantage) Impressive ability to cross-disciplinary coordination and to solve complex technical challenges High level of self-responsibility, enforcement strength and communication strength driving licence class B
