Product Manager Digital Consulting Processes (m/w/d)

Our department sales and consulting processes is now looking for Projektmanager (m/w/d) We offer you the opportunity to actively shape and create forward-looking solutions for our sales and our customers.

They play a key role in the renewal and digitization of our consulting and recruiting processes for our asset advisors. In the team, you actively shape the further development of our central consulting platform and are responsible for cross-product financial and asset planning. They are an interface between sales, IT and other areas of expertise and act as a driver for a modern tool for planning and implementing a uniform financial and asset planning. In your role, you will accompany the topics from the conception to the rollout actively and in the lead. Through our user-centric working methods (user tests, interviews, surveys) you work closely with our asset advisors:inside. With a sound analysis, you prepare the renewals of our holistic asset planning and prioritize the individual work packages.

Ideally, you have successfully completed an economic study (preferably BWL or Business Informatics). They bring relevant professional experience in the context of IT projects with the focus on web technologies and/or CRM and feel comfortable in the sales environment. Experience as Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst – liked from FinTech – are extremely helpful. They are technically affin and bring a basic understanding in Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma. You have a self-responsible, conceptual and analytical way of working, in which you never lose sight of the holistic customer experience.
