As an IT Security expert (m/w/d) with focus on SOC coordination, you are part of the IT & Medical Technology team and play a key role in the digital defense line of our clinic. You coordinate the Security Operations Center (SOC), keep an overview in critical situations and ensure that our systems – from medical technology to the cloud – are protected and available at all times. In short, you protect the backbone of safe health care.

Coordination & Control (SOC / SIEM) Control and technical guidance of our external SOC service provider – including pricing, escalation and action sharing Close cooperation with ISB, CISO and SOC as a connecting interface and coordina­tion point Organisation and moderation of regular votes, incident calls and review rounds Review, comment and release of SOC reports, Alerts and Playbooks Governance & Compliance: ISB and CISO support for audits (BSI § 8a, B3S, ISO 27001) – including proof and documentation Further development of internal safety guidelines, emergency manuals and operational specifications in coordination with the ISB Working in projects to implement regulatory and regulatory requirements in healthcare Operational IT security fields – coordinative & hands-on Protection of medical technology and loT devices by network segmentation, monitoring and patch strategies Implementation of technical security measures for networks, servers and clients (Hardening, Monitoring) Strengthen backup and disaster recovery processes against cyber attacks Control and operation of security solutions in hybrid and cloud environments Initiation and monitoring of penetration tests, derivation and follow-up of measures Operation and forwarding of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and IDS/IPS systems Implementation of log analyses and forensic investigations in safety incidents Construction and maintenance of Detection-Use-Cases in SIEM together with the SOC Vulnerability management: evaluation of finding, definition of countermeasures, coordination with operating teams

Multiannual experience in IT security, ideally focusing on SOC coordination or incident response Knowledge of common standards and standards (e.g. BSI, B3S, ISO 2700, KRITIS) Analytical thinking, structured approach and high quality standards Communication strength and joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Passion for IT security – and the awareness that your work really does something here
