Your contribution: AI Develop architectures and solutions that meet business requirements and objectives using C# .NET as main backend technology Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify optimization potentials through the use of AI technologies Collaborate close with existing products (Medical Coding, Medical Controlling, Data Warehouse solutions) to ensure seamless integration of your solutions Advise and support the selection and implementation of suitable AI technologies and tools Create and present technical concepts and solution proposals Ensure compliance with best practices, quality standards, data privacy and security requirements What you bring along: Experience in C# / .NET Core and Gen-AI (prompt engineering, RAG, agents)

Strong analytical skills, basic SQL/Entity Framework knowledge

Passion for analytic datas, team-oriented, agile mindset

Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)

Knowledge of German hospital billing (DRG, PEPP)

Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, microservices

Familiar with Angular/React and AI tools (e.g. LangChain, PyTorch)
