Type of employment: Full time

As a direct contact for our guests, you provide individual advice and support, create tailor-made offers, sell hotel rooms and additional services actively and conduct price negotiations as well as contract conclusion. This also includes the control and release of group offers and contracts. Responsibility for the entire reservation process: reception, testing and processing of reservations (including overbooking and options) as well as maintenance of reservation systems and coordination of all processes for optimal utilization.

Optimization and maintenance of the PMS system and the reservation systems. Ensuring and developing quality standards as well as optimizing processes and structures in close cooperation with all relevant departments for smooth processes.

Organisation and implementation of Yield Meetings to optimize the utilisation and responsibility for Revenue Management in close cooperation with the Directorate and Management.

Professional processing of guest complaints and comments as well as a friendly and solution-oriented guest correspondence.

You have a completed training/studies in the hotel or tourism sector and have a well-founded experience in booking or reception with booking activity – ideally in a leading position or with pre-opening experience. Good IT skills, reliability and routined handling of reservation systems are part of your profile – knowledge in MEWS, Gauvendi and/or Eventtemple are of advantage. With passion for guest care and a pronounced service orientation, you can take into account the wishes of our guests and convince with your communication strength and sales skills. They are characterized by a professional appearance, excellent ways of handling and a warm, positive appearance in dealing with guests and colleagues. A high level of quality, pronounced service and intercultural competence are the key to you.
